Return and Cancellation Policy

We offer a voluntary 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days from receiving your item to request a return.

Proof of purchase (e.g., invoice or order confirmation) is required for a return.

Registered or activated hotel software is excluded from returns.


Right of Withdrawal for Digital Content (Software)

The right of withdrawal for digital content (e.g., software licenses) expires prematurely as soon as you have expressly agreed that the performance of the contract begins before the end of the withdrawal period, and you have simultaneously confirmed that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt and contact us without delay if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered, so we can assess the problem and resolve it as quickly as possible.


Exchanges

The fastest way to get a replacement is to return the original item and make a separate new purchase, provided the return has been accepted.


European Union - Statutory Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)

Regardless of our voluntary return policy, for goods delivered within the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason.

The goods must be in their original condition, unused, and - if applicable - returned in their original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

For digital content (e.g., software), the right of withdrawal only applies as long as you have not explicitly agreed that the performance of the contract begins before the end of the withdrawal period and you have simultaneously confirmed the loss of the right of withdrawal.


Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will inform you whether the refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved, the refund will be processed within 10 business days using the original payment method. Please note that banks or credit card providers may have additional processing times.
