Support Services

Service Conditions.

Support is free for the first three months after purchasing the hotel software.

Our paid "Schwarzenbach Hotel Software" support is also available to you without a software service contract – however, there are no guaranteed callback times. These support deployments are billed according to the valid service rates.

Service Rate:

€120.00 per hour.

Billing is per quarter hour (15 minutes).

Software Service Agreement

A monthly fee of €54.00 is charged for the support flat rate, update flat rate, and remote maintenance via a software service agreement.

Support Flat Rate

As part of our support flat rate, we are available to you
during business hours by phone, email, or
online for questions and problems concerning the Schwarzenbach Hotel Software.

Update Flat Rate

To keep your Schwarzenbach Hotel Software always up to date,
we offer you an interesting alternative to annual update purchases with our update flat rate. As part of this flat rate, you will receive all version changes and updates that we release!

Remote Maintenance

To quickly and efficiently resolve any problems and questions regarding the Schwarzenbach Hotel Software together with you, we use remote maintenance software. A good internet connection is required for this!

On-site training

Our software coach will be happy to visit you at your premises and answer your and your employees' questions.
